The features of the hydrothermal synthesis (molybdenum precursor – Na2MoO4, sulfur precursor – thioacetamide, temperature – 220°C) and of the electrochemical one (anodic formation of nanoparticles from MoS2 single crystals at electrolysis in ionic liquid) are described. The X-ray fluorescence, optical absorption, and photoluminescence spectroscopy were applied for their characterization.
Keywords: molybdenum sulfide, nanoparticles, hydrothermal synthesis, electrolisis in ionic liquids, photoluminescence spectroscopy.
