СВОЙСТВА МАКРООДНОРОДНЫХ КЭП С МАТРИЦЕЙ ИЗ НИКЕЛЯ, ПОЛУЧЕННЫХ В РЕЖИМАХ ПЕРИОДИЧЕСКОГО ТОКА

Rezumat

It is shown that the diminution of the ratio of current maximum of cathodic part of periodic current to current maximum of anodic part leads to rise of adhesion strength with CECP that is caused by formation of a close-grained precipitate. The variation of periodic current parameters allows to carry out fractional selection of electrodeposited particles, to increase uniformity of their allocation in a nickeliferous matrix and to receive macrouniform composition plating with necessary functional properties.
