ВЛИЯНИЕ ОТЖИГА НА СТРУКТУРНЫЕ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ФОЛЬГИ ИЗ ТРОЙНОГО СПЛАВА НМР-75

Abstract

It was investigated influence of annealing temperature in the argon duration 30 min in the region of temperature 50010000C on the structure of the foils (d = 0,2 mm) from the ternary alloy NMR-75. The dinamic of change was observed in respect to the starting deformation of the foil. The relative microdefor- mation , the dimension of the grains D, the relative density of the dislocation Т/Д, the texture coefficient TC(hkl) in the region of the extremal changes (Tan = 8000C) show enough high sensitivity to the annealing temperature.
