Аннотация

The article gives an analysis of the usage of electro-hydraulic effect to obtain the fructose and oligo- saccharide mixtures. Based on the presented material, we made the proved conclusion about the perspectives of electro-hydraulic procession of inulin and chicory suspensions in comparison with the other methods of procession.
