Possibility to use the system analysis of factors which stabilize loading during the electrical hy- dro pulse treatment of melt is shown. The degree of their influence on the outward structure-formation parameters o the work instrument is revealed. The totality of general parameters of technological plant which ensures maximum effect of treatment stability is determined.
