Аннотация
The assumption that a specific electric conductivity depends evidently on space charge density is substantiated. The equation of charge density, which was obtained by separating of charged component of the electric conductivity, is solved. The limiting cases are considered. It is shown that the distribution of electric conductivity is unstable. The technique of the experimental investigation of the space charge density distribution in the plane-parallel layer of dielectric is given.
