Аннотация
The article contains results of investigations on the influence of high-voltage discharge in liquids on the process of water-oil emulsion preparation. This treatment is proved to improve the quality and service properties of the liquids intended for lubrication and cooling. A conclusion has been made on the expediency of the technology and equipment utilization in the metal processing industry.
