Аннотация
In this paper the spectroscopy of dielectric parameters of the varistors based on ZnO have been in- vestigated. The analysis of temperature-frequency data for electrical conductivity indicates the possibility of implementing hopping mechanism of conductivity with a variable hopping length in localized states near the Fermi level of the varistor.
