The results are presented of the calculation determination of basic characteristics of an electric hasp of a long air interval in the double-electrode discharge system (DEDS) “bar-plane” by a high variable voltage of U12(t) of an enhanceable frequency of f0 from the range of 10 кHz≤f0≤1 MHz. Close calculation correlations were made so as to find the root-mean-square of a discharge voltage of Udm(f0) and the middle on a minimum length of lmin≥1 m of this interval of an aggressive tension of Edm(f0) of a strong electric-field for the probed DEDS. The offered engineering approach for the determination of values of Udm(f0) and Edm(f0) is based on the known results of close calculations in the long air interval of DEDS “bar-plane” with the sharply not-homogeneous strong electric field of the voltage of appearance of UL of an electric leader near-by a lower edge with the radius of rounding of rc of its bar and introduced by the author in a formula for UL of a dimensionless coefficient of kf, taking into account the influence of frequency of f0 on the electro-discharge processes in that DEDS. The comparison of the obtained calculation results for the numeral values of the discharge voltage of Udm(f0) with their known experimental information for the indicated turn-down frequency of f0 voltage of U12(t) on the electrodes of that DEDS confirms a capacity offered approach for finding in it of a discharge voltage of Udm(f0) and an aggressive tension of Edm(f0) of an electric field.
