Based on the results of previous studies and proposed technological recommendations, the design of the operation of electroerosive firmware (EEF) of small diameter holes is discussed. To this end, ultrasound is applied in relation to the technology of manufacturing a filter with an array of 580 rhombic cross-section holes with an inscribed circle diameter of 0.25 mm. The parameters of dimensional and geometrical accuracy of the holes obtained by EEF using a multi-electrode tool with the introduction of ultrasonic vibrations into the treatment area are considered.
