Characteristics of a Multistage Electrohydrodynamic Converter

The results related to the studies of the characteristics of a multi-staged electrohydrodynamic converter (MEHDC) are presented. The scheme of an experimental installation is described; the pressure head, flow rate, and current characteristics, as a function of time and MEHDC supply voltage, are provided. The factors determining the MEHDC parameters and methods of their regeneration are found out.
