Formation of Thick-Layer Electrospark Coverings for Renovation of Worn-Out Components of Powered Hydraulic Cylinders

The paper deals with the application of a new method of forming thick-layer coatings by electrospark deposition for the resporation of worn-our components, working in conditions of sliding frictiontion, using powered hydraulic cylinders as example. For the practical usage, technological capabilities of this method were greatly expanded getting over the size barrier at deposition of coatings with a high contact continuity is assured.
