An analytical expression is constructed to estimate the influence of the surface electric charge and dielectric environment velocity moving above inviscid conductive liquid on the drift caused by propagation of a nonlinear periodic wave on a horizontal surface between the liquid and the environment. The calculation has been made of the wave number of the wave most sensitive to the charge value and environment motion. General regularities of the drift motion are established.
