This paper presents the results of the investigation of the temperature and frequency dependence of the dielectric constant and the tangent of angle, of the dielectric loss of the composite materials – low-density polyethylene – with solid fillers: LDPE/CdS and LDPE/In2Se3 in the temperature range 300–450K and in the frequency range 0–1014 Hz. It was revealed that by varying the amount of fillers and the effects of external factors it is possible to get new composite materials with the required dielectric properties.

Keywords: CdS, In2Se3, low-density polyethylene, dielectric permittivity, dielectric loss, dielectric characteristics.
