The Influence of Power Source and Inductance-Capacitance Device on the Process of Nickel Deposition

The influence of the type of the power source and parameters of the inductance-capacitance device (inductance and capacitance) on the kinetics of the nickel deposition spectrum of the current component variables and on the morphology of coatings has been studied. It has been demonstrated that the type of the power source and the condition of the device adjustment have significant influence on the process of nickel deposition and the coatings structure.
