Numerical Simulation of Gas Phase Contamination at Glow Discharge with Electrolyte Cathode

Results of the numerical analysis of gas phase composition in a system of a glow discharge with an electrolyte cathode are presented. The transfer of the dissolved substance from solution into gas phase has been taken into account. The obtained results show that the main positive ion is H2O+ and the concentration of the exited Na atoms in the plasma zone is enough for the resonance spectral line of an atom to appear.
