Influence of microparticles on voltage-current characteristics (VCC) and on distributions of plasma components in glow discharge is investigated experimentally and numerically. The analysis is carried out on the basis of diffusion description of a plasma discharge and the description streams of the ions and electrons on a surface of dust particles in the orbital motion limited approximation. It is shown, that change of VСС is connected with increase in volumetric losses of a charge at particles and a drift of a significant part of free electrons on particles. Radial distributions of plasma components, a radial electric field and charges of particles are calculated. Influence of a dust cloud on a configuration of an electric field and VСС of a positive column of glow discharge is analysed.
