О МЕХАНИЗМЕ ИНТЕНСИФИКАЦИИ ТЕПЛООБМЕНА ПРИ КИПЕНИИ В ПОЛЕ ЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСКИХ СИЛ

Rezumat

The assay of the problem state and the relationships generalizing the experimental results, the expla- nation of the mechanism of electric field effect on the heat exchange at the pool boiling manifesting itself in formation of capillary structures of vapor bubbles round the heat exchange surface is presented. This struc- ture favors the generation on the heating surface of liquid film the thickness of which determines the heat exchange rate and the character of the obtained experimental relationships.
