ПИННИНГОВАЯ СТРУКТУРА РАЗМЕРНО-ФОНОННОГО РЕЗОНАНСА В КВАНТОВЫХ НИТКАХ

Rezumat

The dimensionally-phonon resonances in dimensionally-quantum semiconductor wires are consi- dered. It is supposed, that the absorption of light is caused by transitions electron between dimensionally- quantum sub bands in potential well with participation is long-wavelength phonon. The influence resonant electron-phonon of interaction on a spectrum one-dimensional electron in quantum wires is investigated. Is shown, that the spectrum contains two branches, and also the splitting of peak dimensionally-phonon reso- nance on two components, distance between is determined by resonant electron-phonon interaction.
