Rezumat
Influence of electrical discharge regime on the power characteristics of electrical hydro pulse treat- ment during the first and second stages, and on the structure and properties of solid metal is considered. It is shown experimentally, that a vibratory discharge regime has an advantage, because it provides improving quality of solid metal.
