Rezumat
The kinetics of non-equilibrium solution evaporation was investigated by weigh method under glow discharge action. The transfer process velocity is changed during burning discharge and depends from distance between electrodes. The quantitative features of transfer process, a namely transfer coeffi- cients, are large higher then coefficients of cathode sputtering at classic glow discharge.
