Rezumat
At experimental researches of pulse plasma boosters working in a condensed medium, the new, in- teresting phenomenon of excitation of vortex rings in thrown jet, their interaction with the other ones, with generation of hollow-charge lets on the axis of the main ultra-spray is revealed. Qualitatively, with the usage of a phenomenon "the vortex of Hill", the mechanism of cumulation arising is considered. It will allow to develop an idealized model of the phenomenon.
