Rezumat
Discharging fields can make essential influence on water transference in broad quartz macrocapilars thanks to interaction of three phases and influence on them outside nonuniform electric fields. Influence effects of fields on this fact are conditioned by considerable change of surface and volume properties of moisture and solid phases.
