Rezumat
The mathematical model of a modification of an oxidizing reduction potential of process of oxida- tion reduction of ascorbic acid in a model water medium at the presence of the dissolved oxygen is repre- sented. The equilibrium condition of ascorbic acid is shown depending on рН of a medium, contents of oxy- gen in a medium. The relative error of experimental data and theoretical accounts for oxidation reduction potential of a medium did not exceed 3,3%.
