The results of the study of morphology and photoluminescent properties of composites of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and europium complex ЕuR29 are reported. The increase of the concentration of ЕuR29 in PVDF has been  found to cause the morphology change in the structural elements on the surface. It is shown that at high concentrations of ЕuR29 the refinement of the structural elements of the composition occurs. The study of photoluminescent properties of the composition PVDF+EuR29 confirms that with the increase of the concentration of ЕuR29 new maxima appear at the wave lengths 492, 502, 533 nm, linked with the europium complex under study in the present work.
