Rezumat
We present the first dipole dynamic model (DDM) of ball lightning (BL), which explains in a is simple, natural and rational manner most of the observations of BL, with the possibility of very high energy densities provided by di- pole charge separation in BL and with the inflow of energy of atmospheric electricity at BL translational movement. The virial theorem that can limit BL energy does not apply to BL, which is not a closed system like the Sun and Galaxy systems and is a part of a large system extended in time and space strongly dependent on it.
