The pulsed electrochemical machining of nickel foil is studied. The geometrical criteria for characterizing the form accuracy are introduced. It is shown that effect of pulse-repetition frequency on the nickel forming observed regardless of the method of criteria calculation. Moreover, the frequency variation allows finding extremum of criteria, corresponding to the best working conditions for the tool electrode copying. It is established that the pulse repetition rate primarily affects on the angles formation.
