Rezumat
By example of black coal the authors explored the processes of fragile materials crushing under pulse loading. The research was conducted using Kol’skiy’s method with use of split Hopkinson pressure bar. Basing on the experimental data, the methodics is developed for the determination of crushing rate efficiency and blocks of black coal fining under the influence of electric discharge in water.
