ВЛИЯНИЕ МАТЕРИАЛА АНОДА НА СОСТАВ И РАЗМЕРНЫЕ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ НАНОРАЗМЕРНЫХ МЕДЬСОДЕРЖАЩИХ ПОРОШКОВ, ПОЛУЧЕННЫХ ЭЛЕКТРОХИМИЧЕСКИМ МЕТОДОМ

Rezumat

The influence anode material on dimensioning specifications and chemical composition of ultra dis- persed copper-contained powders obtained by electrochemical method from water-organic copper sulphate solutions was investigated. Complex physical-chemical investigation of obtained powders was carried out. Particles size of obtained powders was determined according to analysis of electron microscope image re- sults. The qualitative composition of powder was determined by results of electron-diffraction, radiographic and thermogravimetric methods.
