Determination of the Borders of “Strong Heterogeneity” Area of an Electric Field in Various Dielectrics of the High-Voltage Pulse Capacitor Section

A method for calculating the electric field gain at the edge of the plate of a capacitor section with different dielectric systems has been developed. The dependence of the gain on the heterogeneity coefficient of the working dielectric and on the distance from the edge of the capacitor plate is constructed. The boundaries of the region of “high heterogeneity” in the working dielectric of the high-voltage pulse capacitor section are determined.
