Nanoelectroerosion: Correction of Influence of "Swcnt-Electrode-Surface" Gap Environment

A possibility of correction of the distorting effect of a random environment layer that fills a nanoscale “swcnt-еlectrode-surface” gap in systems of electroerosive processing of conducting current materials is considered. Correction of the nano-erosion impact signal is based on the principles of the digital filtering theory. A small value of the root-mean-square error of distorted signal correction of an electroerosive effect, obtained by modeling, indicates an improvement of the quality of the nano-electroerosive impact process.
