Composites with bentonite fillers have been obtain and their dielectric properties have been studied, that depend on the percentage of the dispersant and the frequency of the alternating electric field. It was found that the reason for the appearance of clearly marked dispersion of dielectric parameters of composites is the charge migration and its localization at intrinsic point defects and boundaries of the interphase surface with the sub-lattice of the dispersant.
