On Possibility to Use Cahn-Hilliard Model in Describing the Process of Electrochemical Deposition of Nanostructures

A possibility of applying the Cahn-Hilliard theory in describing the process of nanostructures electrodeposition is studied. We found a correlation between the micros-copic parameters included in the calculation formulas and experimental kinetic coefficients. The obtained theoretical results can explain the choice of the optimal parameters of electrochemical deposition.
