Results of research intothe process of transformation of energy in the heterogeneous polymeric system received on the base of polyvinylchloride at the electric explosion of the conductor are stated. Via the law of dissipation, analytical ratios of the interrelation between properties of a composite in the ultrasonic and thermal fields are established.
