Assessment of Antiwear Properties of Transmission Oil with Nanodimensional Powdery Additives

Abstract

UDC 621.89.09

Complex pilot studies of the influence of one – and two-component the nanodimensional powdery additives on the operational properties of transmission TM-3-18 oil (GOST 23652-79 TAP-15V) have been conducted. It is established that introduction of nanodimensional powdery additives of tin bronze and of aluminum oxide into the basic oil increases its antifrictional, antiwear, antiwelding properties. It also contributes to the increase in durability of cogwheels of the units of transmission of a tractor limiting a resource.
