While studying the interaction of the enzyme preparation on the basis of black radish with various inorganic substrates (kaolin, aerosil, bentonite and its modified form) by the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy it was shown that the presence of strong proton-conducting properties of the substrate accelerates the conversion of proton-donor substrate and electron-conducting properties affect the transformation of the electron-donor substrate. It is thus possible to govern the peroxidase and oxidase activities of the immobilized enzyme.
Keywords: enzyme preparation of black radish, aerosil, bentonite, kaolin, stability, impedance spectroscopy.
