The diffusion kinetic method of interactive particles in absent or present external forces is discussed. Recombination coefficients and constants of dissociation rates of ionic and dipole solutions are calculated. Influences of external fields on recombination-dissociation processes are discussed. Onsager’s theory on dissociation increasing of ionic pares in strong electric field with taking into account of finite ionic salvation size is improved. The criterion of aggregation stability is given and identify of characteristic aggregation times.
