Calculation of Form of Electrodes to Provide the Uniform Distribution of Current Density and the Optimal Design Parameters of Bipolar Installation for Electrochemical Treatment of Wire

Abstract

In this work, due to the solution of a three-dimensional problem of the potential distribution inside the wire, the configurations of forms of electrodes that provide a uniform distribution of the current density were obtained and the improved method of determination of optimal design parameters of an electrochemical bath was offered. The performed calculations and investigations are necessary for the design and fabrication of highly efficient technological complexes of the automatically controlled electrochemical treatment.
