Electroconductivity of 1.5 N sodium hydroxide layers stabilized by a surfactant was studied in terms of thickness. The electroconductivity of films was evaluated by two methods on DC and AC. The thickness was determined by interferometric methods. It was shown that at the decrease of thr electrolyte thickness from 10 mm to 0.5 μm the electroconductivity increases by 150–200 times, while, further, at the decrease of thickness to 50 nm the electroconductivity remained approximately constant.
