Тranslation Symmetry of Impurity Atoms in Weakly Conducting Organic Liquids

Abstract

The cluster-crystalline structure of weakly conducting organic liquids has been demonstrated using the thermo- stimulated discharge (TSD) method. The dependences of the TSD current on the temperature and discharge time are presented in a δ-like shape. The thermal ionization of the impurity centers occurs at the specified temperatures over the entire volume of the liquids charged previously by the charge injection, which is possible only when the impurity centers and adjacent atoms occupy the equivalent space positions. The applied methods allow one to analyse the total volume of the liquid studied.
