Abstract
The theory of skin-effect on an example of an amorphous ferromagnetic material is presented at the account of a ferromagnetic resonance. Theoretical dependence of impedance of a microwire is received from its magnetic permeability. The received result allows analyzing experiments on studying high-frequency properties of an amorphous microwire.
