Abstract

The influence of combined vacuum plasma processing regimes on structure, phase composition and micro hardness of modificated layer and carbonitride titanium coatings formed on simples from high speed cutting steel P6M5 is investigated. Combined processing consist of ion nitration in glow discharge plasma and arc plasma deposion of coatings in united cycle.
