Abstract

The structure and hardness of surface coating of iron, stainless steel and high-temperature alloy afty processing bei high-current low-energy electron beam is considered. The methods of optical metallography - ray structure analysis, transmission electronic microscopy are used. The formation of submicrocrystal struc- ture of fritted coating with high density of dislocation is established.
