Abstract
Mass–spectrometric research of products of secondary ion emission (MSSI) is a direct method of analysis of element and isotop content of conducting and non–conducting solid substances. Similar to other methods of mass–spectrometric analysis, MSSI also has some analytical characteristics, featured with possibility of establishment simple relation between concentration of analyzed element and regis- tered initial signal.
