РОЛЬ ПОВЕРХНОСТНЫХ СЛОЕВ В ФОРМИРОВАНИИ ЭЛЕКТРОФИЗИЧЕСКИХ СВОЙСТВ ГЕТЕРОГЕННЫХ ПОЛИМЕРНЫХ СИСТЕМ

Abstract

It is investigated the role of polymer surface layers that occur on the metal surface of the high dispersed filler in PVC system electrophysical properties formation. It is shown that physicochemical polymer modification takes place under the surface active centers influence. Thus, the surface layer properties (density, geometrical characteristics) differ from PVC ones. The interrelation between elec- trophysical properties of PVC composite and surface layer in the area of high dispersed copper fraction (0−11.3) vol. % at E≤106 V⋅m-1 and frequency response (20−2⋅105) Hz is determined. The explanation of investigated relation is presented.
