ВЛИЯНИЕ СОСТАВА ЭЛЕКТРОЛИТНОГО РАСТВОРА НА ПРОЦЕСС ЭЛЕКТРОХИМИЧЕСКОГО СИНТЕЗА НАНОРАЗМЕРНЫХ МЕДЬСОДЕРЖАЩИХ ПОРОШКОВ

Abstract

The cathode reduction ability of nano-size copper-containing powders consisting of nanosized particles was shown. The smallest crystalline sponged formations are deposits, obtained on limited cur- rent density. The organic co-solvent role on the electrochemical deposition process of ultradispersed metal contained powders from water-isopropanol alcohol copper dichloride solutions was shown. Geo- metrical parameters of the particles obtained were determined by transparent electronic microscope.
