Abstract
The regularities of corrosive-electrochemical behaviour oxide of iron ionic - plasma covers on steel in neutral mediums are considered. The quantitative data about influencing of the researches of kinetics of electrode potentials and potentsiodinamic of polarization curves. The recommendations about the possibility of using of ionic − plasma covers for a guard of dilute steels from corrosion are proposed.
