Abstract
The analysis of factors, which are determining for functional potentialities of out furnace electri- cal hydro pulse treatment of melt, is fulfilled within the framework of hydroacoustical and hydrody- namic models. Technological workability data of various foundry alloys are given. The nondimentional relation, which is essential for the quantity estimate of workability, is presented. Similarity of acoustical and hydrodynamic processes within various melt is taken into account by means of its relation.
