К ВОПРОСУ ЭЛЕКТРОИСКРОВОГО ЛЕГИРОВАНИЯ ТИТАНА И ЕГО СПЛАВОВ

Abstract

Analysis of scientific works on electro–spark alloying of titanium and its alloys have been conducted and unresolved problems in this area have been outlined. Complex investigations of the process of electro– spark alloying of titanium alloys BT9 and BT20 have been carried out. As a result, a new method of decreasing of erosion of titanium cathode (part) by means of preliminary passivation by silver and graphite anodes at the mode when the energy of discharge is 3–4 times less in comparison with a real process, have been proposed.
