ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ЗАЩИТНЫХ ИНТЕРФЕРЕНЦИОННЫХ ПЛЕНОК НА ТИТАНОВЫХ СПЛАВАХ В РАСТВОРАХ СОЛЕЙ ОРТОФОСФОРНОЙ КИСЛОТЫ

Abstract

On the example of titanium alloys VT5, OT4-1 and VT1-0 used at medicine, it is shown that formation on their surface of anodic colored oxide films can be made using 510% solutions of gydro- and digydrophosphate natrium. Anticorrosive protective power anodic oxide films (AOF) can be raised using the follouing jbeg = 0.10.5 A/sm2, keep = 25 min at two-step oxidation scheme. It is found that, more stable results of AOF formation can be obtained in the solutions of gydrophosphate natrium, aque- ous solutions of which have alkaline reaction.
